Based on SCIP Building Technology Studio RMA's designs are highly insulated (minimal a R40 continious insulation core) They can be outfitted with a Self-Energizing Stuctural Core.

Studio RMA's technologies can replace the fossil fuel energy required by a traditinal build home, by roughly 1/3 in energy-savings, 1/3 in energy supply by the self-energizing concrete core and 1/3 by renewable energy generation integrated in the structure.

Pending on location the energy can be reduced to a level where renewable energy is cost efficient. The buildings can now operate off-the-grid and are carbon-neutral. The Co2 produced to create, transport, and erection can be offset by on-site carbon sequestration programs though intensified re-forestration.
