| West Port Ranch is located on a 240 acre site, in a coastal valley
with ocean and coast line views , 40 miles north of Fort Bragg, Northern
California.
This 10,000 sq. ft sustainable redwood forestry center with an educational annex will be built with SCIP building technology. Integrated finishing materials will include rock and wood from the site. The design uses a unique SCIP truss system to carry the SCIP roof. The project will be totally self sustained through Solar, local wells, and Biofuel heating.
