The LEED Certification Process

The Pasadena EcoHouse is being built to comply with the stringent LEED for Homes Platinum Certification process – which incorporates considerations such as energy savings, interior and exterior environmental controls, ecologically responsible building techniques, the use of sustainable materials, future utilization of the structure and optimization of existing community resources.
