Robert Mechielsen, a native of Holland, founded Studio RMA in 1985. Robert has a fast, powerful, well-managed visionary imagination. He can focus on a complex set of issues and process them to create effective, imaginative, and innovative solutions.
Robert studied Art, Structural Engineering and Architecture at leading universities in Europe. He is fluent in 3-D Digital Modeling, and speaks construction/ engineering language in Dutch, German, French and English. He also understands Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.Robert has the ability to deal with complex calculus and engineering and design issues, as well as to create powerful freehand perspective drawings that rapidly can illustrate how such engineering solutions can lead to new contruction technologies that allow us to enter the dawn of Carbon Neutral Design.
