Robert Mechielsen, a native of Holland, founded Studio RMA in 1985. Robert has a fast, powerful, well-managed visionary imagination. He can focus on a complex set of issues and process them to create effective, imaginative, and innovative solutions.
Robert studied Art, Structural Engineering and Architecture at leading universities in Europe. He is fluent in 3-D Digital Modeling, and speaks construction/ engineering language in Dutch, German, French and English. He also understands Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.Robert has the ability to deal with complex calculus and engineering issues, as well as to create powerful freehand perspective drawings that illustrate how such engineering solutions affect the aesthetic value and life enjoyment of the proposed design. And now, with the emergence of ecological issues in the global social consciousness, Robert’s integrative methods have evolved into an applied science approach called Eco Engineering.
